Before joining us, John was a valued member of the helpdesk team at Seaway Logistics, where he played a key role in day-to-day IT support operations. There, he turned his technical understanding from his degree into practical experience by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting enterprise systems, and applying cybersecurity best practices in a high-demand, logistics-driven environment. His ability to work under pressure, manage multiple support requests, and provide technical solutions quickly and effectively makes him a perfect fit for Managed Services Australia.
