We’ve been working with Managed Services Australia for a while now, and they’ve made a big difference to how our tech runs day to day. I have not meet Chris and James in person from Manage Services Australia, only on the phone several times for the help to discuss the cheaper and safer way to retrieve data from my dead Drobo device with 8TB of data. With their generosity and kindness they managed to help me to find the same 2nd hand Drobo model for me in which I can easily transfer my HDs back to the 2nd hand Drobo. Well, last week, my emails and folders disappeared; 4 years work at risk (and yes, I had back up).
