As the year draws to a close and the Christmas season approaches, we wanted to take a moment to pause, reflect, and simply say thank you.
Christmas is often a time of contrast. For many, it is a joyful season filled with family gatherings, shared meals, laughter, and long-held traditions. For others, it can be quieter, reflective, or even challenging. Regardless of how the season looks for you, it is a time that invites us all to slow down, to look back on the year that was, and to look ahead with hope.
At Managed Services Australia, this time of year gives us the opportunity to step back from the day-to-day pace of work and recognise what truly matters: people, trust, and relationships.
A Year of Trust and Partnership
Over the past year, we have had the privilege of supporting individuals, teams, and organisations across Australia. Each conversation, support request, and project has reminded us that behind every system and every business is a person — someone relying on stability, reliability, and care.
We are deeply grateful for the trust our customers place in us. Trust is not something we take lightly. It is earned through consistency, transparency, and showing up when it matters. Whether you have worked with us for many years or only recently partnered with our team, we sincerely thank you for allowing us to support your business and your people.
Christmas is also a time to recognise our own team — individuals who give their time, skills, and dedication throughout the year to ensure our customers feel supported. Their commitment does not stop simply because the calendar changes, and we are thankful for their willingness to serve, even during quieter periods.
Holiday Period Office Closure & Support Availability
As part of our annual Christmas break, our office will be closed from Friday, 19 December 2025, and we will reopen on Monday, 5 January 2026.
While our office doors may be closed during this period, support will continue to be available to ensure systems remain operational and supported. We understand that issues do not always wait for a convenient time, and our on-call team will be available for urgent matters.
At a high level, please note:
- Support remains available throughout the holiday closure period
- Only public holidays and weekends are treated as after-hours and billed in line with your agreement
- The applicable public holidays during this time are:
- Christmas Day – 25 December
- Boxing Day – 26 December
- New Year’s Day – 1 January
All other days during the closure period are treated as standard support hours.
Support requests can continue to be logged via your usual support channels, and our team will respond accordingly.
A Time to Reflect
Christmas is not only about rest; it is about reflection.
It is a chance to reflect on challenges overcome, lessons learned, and growth achieved. It is also a moment to recognise the resilience shown by businesses and individuals alike throughout the year — adapting, persevering, and continuing forward even when circumstances were uncertain.
We encourage everyone to use this period, where possible, to disconnect, spend time with loved ones, and reset. True rest is a gift, and it prepares us to return refreshed and ready for the year ahead.
